Full Parts List & Rationale
CPU
Intel Core i7/i9 / AMD Ryzen 7/9
Why we chose this part:
For the ultimate performance, nothing beats a top-tier Core i9 or Ryzen 9 CPU. These processors excel at everything from high-refresh-rate gaming to 4K video rendering.
GPU
NVIDIA RTX 4080 / AMD RX 7900 XTX
Why we chose this part:
This is the enthusiast-grade GPU for no-compromise 4K gaming. Both the RTX 4080 and RX 7900 XTX will run any game you throw at them with maxed-out settings.
Motherboard
X670 / Z790 Chipset
Why we chose this part:
A flagship motherboard is required to support these top-end components, offering the best power delivery, connectivity, and overclocking features.
RAM
64GB DDR5 6000MHz
Why we chose this part:
64GB of high-speed DDR5 RAM is overkill for most, but for an enthusiast build, it ensures you have maximum performance for years to come.
Storage
2TB+ Gen4 NVMe SSD
Why we chose this part:
A large, ultra-fast Gen4 NVMe SSD is a must-have at this level. 2TB is a great starting point, with options to expand even further.
PSU
1000W 80+ Gold
Why we chose this part:
A 1000W power supply is necessary to handle the high power draw of the CPU and GPU, especially if you plan on overclocking.
Case
Premium ATX Tower with RGB
Why we chose this part:
At this price point, you want a case that makes a statement. A premium tower offers stunning aesthetics with RGB lighting, along with exceptional cooling and build quality.

Streaming & Recording Guide
Recommended OBS Settings for NVIDIA RTX 4080
For the best quality with minimal performance impact, we recommend the following settings in OBS Studio:
Best Encoder: NVENC AV1 / H.264
The RTX 40-series features the latest NVENC encoder with AV1 support. AV1 offers up to 40% better compression than H.264, meaning higher quality streams at the same bitrate. This is a game-changer for high-resolution streaming and recording.
Streaming: For YouTube, use AV1 with a bitrate of 12,000-18,000 Kbps for crisp 4K streaming. For Twitch, use H.264 at 8000 Kbps.
Recording: Use AV1 with CQP at a CQ Level of 18-22. The quality is exceptional for archiving or editing.
Preset: Set to "Quality". The encoder is powerful enough that there is no need to use a lower preset.
AV1 Encoder Note: AV1 streaming is currently supported by YouTube. For other platforms like Twitch, you should still use the NVENC H.264 encoder for maximum compatibility.
